Ericpol Telecom enables fifth-year students to take up an apprenticeship with our company.
Through our participation in two significant job fairs, in Cracow and in Lodz, we meant to encourage talented students to gain valuable practical experience.
This year we are looking for trainees mainly to Software Development Department. However, we need several apprentices needed for the Sales Department as well.
The candidates undergo a preliminary test verifying their ability to think logically and their knowledge of English.
As for the candidates to the Software Development Department, after successful completion of the apprenticeship and their graduation, they can be employed at Ericpol Telecom without any additional exams.
The apprentices are required to have experience in programming (Java), as well as some knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Oracle).
The apprenticeship lasts 6 weeks on average.
