Ericpol Personnel Profile
Ericpol's greatest asset is its staff of knowledgeable and experienced employees. Our staff have gained a wealth of experience in 18 years of market presence, and that experience is retained in our company – the annual staff turnover rate for the Ericpol Group stands at less than 10%.
Our staff members are competent, flexible and self-driven. English serves as our company's primary means of communication (as the language of all our documentation, procedures, tasks, and meetings), although our staff are also proficient at many other languages such as Spanish, German, Swedish, French, and Russian. We are adept at fitting flexibly into the customer's business culture: suffice it to say that Ericpol is a preferred supplier for a leading telecommunications vendor with Swedish roots. Moreover, the table below indicates how many hours our staff spent abroad working at customer locations in 2006-2008:
During the last five years Ericpol has invested heavily in education and built a strong consultant presence not only in Poland but also in Sweden, Ukraine and Belarus. In short, we possess all the necessary resources and qualities to help our customers at operational level.
The over 700 engineers in the Ericpol Telecom staff, with their diverse skills-sets and experience, form a very solid and reliable foundation for any software project. 90% of them hold an MSc in engineering, others hold other university degrees.
Our employees have gained their broad experience and expertise through working:
• in product and service development
• in telematics
• for healthcare
• for telecom operators
• for suppliers
• independently and as part of customer projects
• in Poland and worldwide.
Our employees’ knowledge and skills are systematically verified and broadened through competence training. Both fundamental know-how and the ability to effectively put such know-how into practice are constantly honed and refined, as demanded by market needs.
As Ericpol serves customers all over the world, the language skills of our employees are especially crucial. The ability to produce technical documentation and communicate fluently in English is a fundamental competence of the Ericpol team. Our employees can also speak other languages important for specific customers: Polish, Swedish, Spanish, German, Italian, French and Russian.
All projects and processes performed by Ericpol's young and dynamic team are supported by seasoned and qualified project managers and leaders, accompanied by experienced quality assurance specialists.

Ericpol Educational Background
Ericpol cooperates with three Polish academic centres on a regular basis. By sharing our knowledge and taking active part in creating educational schemes for students of Telecommunications and Information Technology, we make sure that the very best new engineers choose no other employer but us.
The large and rising number of young and highly-qualified labour resources is one of Poland's key advantages. The country has almost two million students attending university (half of the population between 19 and 24 years of age), and over 400 thousand graduates per year, with these figures steadily increasing. In contrast to other countries in the region, Poland has many strong academic centres located in a number of cities, the largest ones being Warsaw and Kraków where Ericpol has locations. The strong quality of the Polish educational system and the "availability of talent" are illustrated by many specific achievements. For many years now Polish students have been winning the most prestigious international finance and IT competitions. Polish students also have good knowledge of foreign languages. Over half of them speak fluent English and the rest have a basic understanding of the language. The second most commonly studied language is German followed by Russian, French and Spanish.*
