Ericpol offers comprehensive training in GSM, UMTS, Intelligent Networks, IMS, SS7 signalling, Parlay/OSA, Java and other modern aspects of information technology, provided by highly qualified and experienced instructors.

We can also organise courses with the content tailored to each customer’s specific requirements and needs.

Our instructors have extensive knowledge and many years of experience in running telecommunications projects for leading telecommunication equipment vendors and telecommunication operators.

Training can be carried out at our Training Centre or on customer site.

Here are a few examples of courses held at the Ericpol Training Centre:

  • Intelligent Networks Theory
Technologically advanced training held in Brazil and in India. The course was individually designed to satisfy the customer’s specific needs and comprised of extensive theoretical and practical sections.

  • Intelligent Networks - Theory and Hands On
The course structure was designed to reflect the 50/50 ratio of theoretical and practical training.

  • Digital Telephony Services ISDN/SS7
A series of workshops on ISDN/SS7, i.e. a series of short, 3-day practical training sessions held by our instructors in Brazil. The course focused on practical exercises aimed at defining a basic environment allowing communication in the ISUP protocol.

  • Jambala Application Server SDK and Parlay/OSA Programming
Comprehensive training on Intelligent Networks for a leading telecommunications operator in Mexico. The course was designed to provide the trainees with a detailed knowledge of Parlay/OSA, a new standard in telecommunications service applications, and of how to implement modern project development methodology.

  • Java Fundamentals
Training in Java, based entirely on the widely available and popular book 'Thinking in Java'. Upon completion of the course, each trainee gained a practical knowledge of programming in the Java scripting language. The goal of the course was to develop software facilitating the functioning of a library.

  • IMS training
This training on IMS technology was held in Cracow. It centred on issues related to network architecture and presented information about the Offer/Answer model and charging system, as well as example scenarios of how to establish connections between users. This comprehensive training offered an in-depth analysis of the significance and functions of particular devices in the network. The training participants also became acquainted with practical aspects of IMS network construction.
