Recruitment process
At Ericpol Group analytical skills and a creative mind are paramount. Team working and collaboration are also of greatest value. Our employees have the opportunity to develop and use their competence and abilities, including management and leadership skills, within the company. The majority of Ericpol managers and project managers are people who have been promoted from IT engineers.
On account of our dynamic development, Ericpol Group is constantly looking for software developers. Our offer is addressed to those who have an open mind, programming skills and interest in telecommunications. We are open to cooperation with both recent graduates and experienced professionals.
The recruitment process has three stages:
1. Screening CVs
Candidates whose CVs and cover letters will prove to be to our satisfaction will be invited to attend a recruitment event consisting of three tests.
2. Testing
There is a technical test, English test and analytical thinking test.
For non-technical positions there is an analytical thinking and English test, and a test on the subject area in question.
Candidates who pass the tests will be invited to attend an interview which will determine the final form of the cooperation.
3. Interviewing
The interview is the final stage of the recruitment process in which we verify the candidate’s competence and experience.
