Ericpol Telecom

Ericpol Group

We have 19 years of experience in delivering top-notch staff and outsourcing services in the domain of software development and testing, for leading global companies.
Ericpol is Poland's biggest ICT services exporter. Our clients are companies who need support in various software-related projects, including leading telecom vendors (e.g. Ericsson), operators and companies from the automotive industry.

Financial Development

Ericpol Group was established in 1991 and it is a privately owned company with its headquarters in Lodz and offices in Krakow and Warszawa. Apart from the Polish company Ericpol Telecom, the Ericpol Group consists of wholly owned subsidiaries in Ukraine (Ericpol TZOV), established in 2004, Sweden (Ericpol AB), established in 2004, and Belarus (Ericpol IOOO), established in 2007.

By building very strong customer relations, Ericpol has chalked up fast growth and managed to double its revenues over the last four years. Such growth in combination with a robust EBIT margin gives us a strong and solid foundation to stand upon. We are now continuing to further expand our customer base on a Europe-wide scale.

Strong growth in sales also requires a rising number of employees and an ever more qualified staff. During the last five years Ericpol has invested heavily in education and built a strong consultant presence not only in Poland but also in Sweden, Ukraine and Belarus. By establishing operations in Ukraine and Belarus, we have become well prepared for the expected price pressure on the European market.

Ericpol rests on solid and stable financial foundations, as the Group enjoys a strong cash flow and is financed solely through equity. We have not had a single year with negative financial results from our establishments.

Since 2005 Ericpol Telecom has been consistently rated one of the top three ICT services exporters in Poland. In 2009 the company has been ranked as the largest ITC exporter (according to IDG rank TOP200).
