Fixed Price
The Fixed Price model is used as one of Ericpol business models where specific work is delivered on an agreed price basis. Based on customer requirements, Ericpol delivers solutions and takes full commercial responsibility for them. This model has a special application to Dedicated Solutions and the benefits it brings are very clear, as our customer is able to estimate costs at the very beginning of a project and develop a relevant business case.

Time and Material
The Time and Material model is used as one of Ericpol business models especially suited to Technical Consulting and Outsourcing models. Ericpol takes part in the customer’s development process, offering its very best in class engineering services and being paid per manday of consultancy work.

Revenue Share
The Revenue Share model is used as one of Ericpol business model suitable for Dedicated Solutions. Ericpol provides innovation ideas and, together with the customer, implements them in a live network. This model assumes that Ericpol and its customer act as business partners and share both the necessary investment and the profit.
