Training
We are aware of the fact that setting the latest trends in our field involves continuous attention to new ways to support, coach and develop our people. Developing the knowledge and enhancing the skills of the people who make up the Ericpol team are an inherent part of the company culture.
New employees take part in a series of induction courses which give them an overview of the company, our work culture and values, and teach them how to use the internal tools required for work and internal communications.
Software developers can raise their competence by participating in internal technical training courses.
Horizontal promotion
Work at Ericpol Group is organized by projects. It all depends on your knowledge, skills and commitment which role in the project you will be appointed. An IT specialist may become a developer, tester, designer, analyst, architect, troubleshooter, team leader or project manager.
Vertical promotion
When looking for new managers, we first consider our own employees. If an Ericpol employee reveals a managerial talent and would like to develop it, he or she is given a chance to achieve the aim, realising his or her full potential, and be promoted. The development opportunities and ambitions of each employee are the subject of the annual performance review. During the discussion with their managers our employees can present and negotiate the goals set for the forthcoming year and the preferred direction of their career path.
